Visiting this website
The website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Its only form is the contact form, described below.
It is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical connection data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks. Cloudflare acts as our processor and may process this data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
When you contact us
If you call, email or write to us through the form, we process your name, contact details and the information you choose to share, in order to answer your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to provide legal services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where the law requires it, for example to identify clients, we also process data to meet our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
If you write to us through the contact form on this website, your message is saved in the website’s database at Cloudflare (in the EU) and may also be delivered to us by email through Cloudflare’s email service. We read these messages in a password-protected part of the site; apart from us, only Cloudflare and the website’s technical administrator have technical access to them, as processors acting on our instructions. We delete them once they are no longer needed to deal with your enquiry.
Everything you tell us is covered by lawyers’ professional secrecy under the Bar Act.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it. Where we act for you, we keep case files for the periods required by law and by the rules of the legal profession.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to office@kupenov.net.
You also have the right to complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), cpdp.bg.
