Company Registration in Bulgaria
EOOD, OOD, AD and sole trader registration with the Registry Agency — including the choice of legal form, the documents, and VAT registration.

Setting up a company is the first step of a business, and it is worth getting the structure right at the outset. The legal form determines who is liable for what, how profits are taken out, and how easily the company can later take on partners or investment.
We handle the whole process — advising on the form, preparing the documents, filing with the Registry Agency and following the procedure through to the entry.
Before anything is filed we advise on which form suits the business: EOOD or OOD for most small and medium companies, AD for larger structures and investment projects, ET for sole traders, and SD or KD for particular partnerships. Associations and foundations (non-profit legal entities) are also available where the aim is not to distribute profit.
What the service covers
We prepare the full documentary file and see the registration through. By law the Registry Agency must rule on an application for first registration by the end of the next working day; in practice, allowing for preparing the documents and paying in the capital, a straightforward EOOD or OOD usually takes about one to two weeks, and longer where the founders or their documents come from abroad. The state fee for registering an EOOD or OOD is €28.12 when filed electronically (€56.24 on paper). We then handle the changes that inevitably follow as the business develops.
